Adecco has been in charge of recruitment for Amazon for several years, and had a challenge to recruit young temps for order picker, handler and sorting agent positions.
TikTok is a real recruitment lever in France, with many companies using the platform to promote their job offers and employer brand. For example, the French Air Force, Club Med and Sézane are taking advantage of a connected audience for their recruitment.
It was against this backdrop that Adecco contacted us to launch the production of TikTok videos aimed at a target group of 18-35 job seekers.
